State Representative Armando “Mando” Martinez, MALC Secretary was first elected as State Representative of HD 39 (Weslaco) in 2005. He serves as a member of the Culture, Recreation & Tourism and Transportation Committees. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg in 1998 and his Master ́s Degree in Public Affairs from UTRGV in 2020.
